1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the sux6s platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, sports betting markets, live casino tables, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support channels — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the sux6s platform in any capacity. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, sux6s will suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The sux6s platform is intended for use by players accessing from Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the sux6s platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. sux6s makes no representations or warranties as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside of its intended market.

2.3 Exclusions

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on sux6s:

• Persons under the age of 18.
• Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and agents of sux6s and its affiliated entities, or immediate family members residing in the same household as such persons.
• Persons who have self-excluded from the sux6s platform or who are subject to a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order.
• Persons who have previously had an account closed by sux6s for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Persons using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of sux6s services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and any other information requested by sux6s as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the sux6s platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or any other variations — is strictly prohibited. sux6s employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and all pending bonuses will be voided.

3.3 Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. sux6s will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the sux6s support team immediately at [email protected]. sux6s will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or has failed to report the breach promptly.

3.4 KYC Verification

sux6s operates a risk-based KYC verification programme. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at account registration, before processing your first withdrawal, when upgrading your account limits, or at any other time that sux6s determines verification is necessary. Accepted documents include government-issued national ID (NID), passport, and utility bills or bank statements for address verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and freezing of withdrawal requests.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

sux6s supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). sux6s does not accept cryptocurrencies or anonymous payment methods.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Deposits via card or bank transfer are subject to the minimum thresholds specified in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits are typically credited to your sux6s account in real time for mobile wallet transactions.
• sux6s does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed by sux6s within the timeframe specified in the cashier section, typically within a few hours for verified accounts via mobile wallet.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds or that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are specified in the cashier section of your account.
• sux6s reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may extend processing time.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met in full.

4.4 Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. sux6s reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy. Players will be notified before any fees are applied.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, sux6s offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is communicated. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus bonus amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

sux6s employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance, and systematically exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, sux6s reserves the right to void all bonuses, void winnings derived from those bonuses, and close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period from the date they are credited. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the account. Expiry periods are stated in the individual offer terms.

5.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless the specific offer terms state otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds is capped at a multiple of the original bonus amount. This cap is stated in the individual offer terms and will be applied at the time of withdrawal processing.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on the sux6s platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules specific to each game or market, as presented within the game interface or sportsbook. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on sux6s cover Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) fixtures, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other scheduled cricket events. Odds are displayed prior to bet placement and are fixed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play bets are subject to real-time odds changes; the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. sux6s reserves the right to void bets where an obvious error in odds has occurred.

6.3 Match Result Disputes

In the event of a disputed result, abandoned match, or force majeure event affecting the outcome of a sporting event, sux6s will apply its settlement rules as stated in the relevant sport's rule page. Generally, abandoned matches are voided and stakes are returned. sux6s's decision on disputed settlements is final.

6.4 RNG and Live Casino Games

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based casino games use certified software that produces statistically random and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from studios operated by licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. sux6s does not control the outcome of any game and is not responsible for technical interruptions that occur within a game provider's stream.

6.5 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including a platform outage, game freeze, disconnection, or data error — sux6s reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction. Bets voided due to technical malfunction will have their stakes returned to the player's account. sux6s's decision on technical malfunction outcomes is final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sux6s platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs in a manner that generates unintended winnings. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a software error are not payable and will be reversed.
• Using the sux6s platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sux6s staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or any administrative or technical systems of the sux6s platform without authorisation.
• Providing false or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or during support interactions.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your sux6s account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering obligations exist on bonus funds.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by sux6s

sux6s reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or prohibited activity has been detected on the account.
• The player is found to be under the age of 18.
• The account has been inactive (dormant) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

8.3 Effect of Account Closure

Where an account is closed by sux6s due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in part or in full at sux6s's discretion, depending on the nature of the breach. sux6s will communicate its decision and the rationale for any balance forfeiture to the player via the registered email address.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the sux6s platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion at any time. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the sux6s platform — including but not limited to the brand name sux6s, logos, graphics, user interface design, text, images, audio, video, software code, game presentations, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of sux6s or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sux6s platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any sux6s content without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the sux6s platform.
• Use any sux6s branding, logos, or trademarks in any context not expressly authorised by sux6s.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sux6s, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the sux6s platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any specific service.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content, game outcomes, or odds data.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any losses arising from your wagering or gaming activity on the platform, whether from incorrect bets, technical malfunctions, or game outcomes.
• Any actions taken by sux6s in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension, bonus voiding, or balance forfeiture where a breach has occurred.

sux6s provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. sux6s does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which sux6s operates. Players accessing the platform from Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the sux6s platform, you should contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. sux6s commits to investigating all complaints thoroughly and responding within a reasonable timeframe. We aim to resolve the majority of player disputes through direct communication within five business days.

11.3 Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the standard support process, sux6s operates a formal complaints procedure. 11.4 Finality of Gaming Outcomes

All game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus decisions made in accordance with the stated rules are final. sux6s does not accept disputes relating to the mathematical outcomes of certified RNG games or live dealer games where the stated game rules have been applied correctly.

12 Amendments to These Terms
